“third party service provider” means the, supplier, distributor or provider of any service that is available on our Portal.

Kompar.mu by MeilleurTaux is a Portal (hereinafter referred to as the “Portal”), which aims at making it easy for you to obtain proposals, estimates and/or quotes, directly in your mailbox, from financial service providers and other institutions, such as insurance, banks, money changer----etc, so as you may be able to make a considered decision. proposals, estimates and/or quotes directly in their mailbox, without any interference of whatsoever nature of the offer received by you from the third-party service-provider.
Any and all information and content made available through the Portal is provided solely as a convenience to you for general informational purposes only and are not intended to provide specific commercial, financial, investment, accounting information. The Portal and its content is provided to you solely for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for purposes of resale, distribution, public display or performance, or any other uses by you in any form or manner whatsoever.
Kompar.mu by MeilleurTaux, is not and cannot, by any stretch of imagination be considered as:
a. An insurance comparison website. Kompar.mu by MeilleurTaux does not compare proposals, estimates and/or quotes which you are to receive directly in your mailbox by the third-party service-providers and to which communication, Kompar.mu by MeilleurTaux is not privy;
b. an insurance agent. Kompar.mu by MeilleurTaux does not act on behalf of insurer in the initiation of insurance business. Meilleur Taux does not receive any proposals which the third-party service-providers make, nor does it issue policies or collect premiums or settle claims;
c. an insurance broker. Kompar.mu by MeilleurTaux does not arrange insurance business with insurers on behalf of prospective policyholders nor does it represent a policyholder;
d. an insurance salesperson. It does not solicit proposals for and at no point in time shall it negotiate insurance on behalf and with the authority of an insurer or an insurance agent;
e. a foreign exchange dealer. Kompar.mu by MeilleurTaux does not buy and sell foreign currency, including spot and forward exchange transactions and wholesale money market dealings;
f. a cash dealer. Meilleur Taux does not carry on the business of foreign exchange dealer or money-changer;
g. a bank. MeillleurTaux does not carry out banking business.
